This was my first exhibition at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. I discovered my love for showcasing works in dark spaces back then. The paper-cut work displayed is showing an assortment of different people I saw on the streets of Düsseldorf. My personal favorite are the lady on the left and her giant poodle.
This is the Prologue to my „Rundgang 2019“ Work. I enjoyed throwing the light silhouettes onto the wall to make the people look gigantic. In the end, my professor advised against it for the exhibition, resulting in a much more sophisticated (though less dramatic) work.
